This website presents fictional characters, satire, parody, interactive jokes, and commentary about technology and internet culture. Do not treat comedy copy, fake forms, visitor counters, guestbook entries, notices, awards, or HOA documents as factual representations or professional guidance.
Permitted use
You may view and share public links to the site for ordinary personal, editorial, and social use. Separate permission is required to sell, license, reproduce at scale, train commercial models on, or create commercial merchandise from BoomerX characters, marks, artwork, templates, or substantial website content.
Prohibited conduct
- Impersonating BoomerX, its characters, administrators, or official accounts
- Using BoomerX branding to request credentials, access, transfers, or sensitive information
- Introducing malicious code, automated abuse, scraping that disrupts service, or harmful links
- Falsely claiming affiliation, endorsement, partnership, authorization, or official status
- Removing ownership notices from distributed BoomerX materials

The website is provided as available. Features may change, malfunction, remain under construction since 2003, or be withdrawn. “Coming Soon” refers only to unfinished site pages or comedy features and does not create a deadline or promise.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BoomerX is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on parody, third-party impersonation, third-party services, or use contrary to these terms. Nothing here limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited.
